Zaeera is a Swiss music band and offers the following through www.zaeera.com:
 

• Original songs and compositions (digital content)

• Booking of live performances (e.g. concerts, gigs, festivals)

• Merchandise products (print-on-demand)

• Donations and crowdfunding campaigns

4. Conclusion of Contract
 

A contract is concluded through:
 

• Completion of an order on the website

• Written or electronic confirmation of a booking request

5. Prices & Payment
 

All prices are stated in CHF or EUR, depending on the customer's location.

Currently accepted payment methods: Credit Card and Klarna.

Payments are due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Shipping & Delivery
 

Delivery is available worldwide.

Delivery times:

• Print-on-demand products (e.g. shirts): approximately 2–3 weeks

• Custom compositions: up to 5 months

• Digital content: provided through external platforms (e.g. iTunes Store, Amazon Music, Spotify, Apple Music, and others)

Shipping is carried out in part by external service providers. Therefore, no guarantee can be given for delivery times.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
 

There is no statutory or voluntary right of withdrawal.

This applies in particular to:

• Print-on-demand products, as they are individually manufactured

• Digital content provided through third-party services such as Spotify

• Services with fixed dates, such as concert bookings

• Individually created content such as music compositions

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are excluded.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct product (e.g. size, design).

8. Liability
 

We are not liable for:

• Transport damage caused by third-party providers

• Damage resulting from improper use

• Data loss, viruses, or technical errors

Liability is accepted only in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Data Protection
 

The collection and processing of personal data are carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Any further use is permitted only with the express consent of Zaeera.

11. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
 

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.

For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rights of their respective country shall also apply.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Zaeera.

Zaeera reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version in effect at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.
